Most benefits of meditation are seen when we sit quietly for as little as 15 minutes or ideally 30 minutes twice per day. One of my favorite meditation tools is to light a candle and play my meditation CD – Free Your Qi. It has helped many of my patients sleep better, stress-less and become more “tuned in” to what their body is saying to them. Having more body awareness is a key to perfect health.
