Bring/Wear: Spring or Purified Water! Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes and shoes or yoga attire. Yoga mat not needed.

Tai Chi Gung are gentle exercises with regenerative powers. Sometimes referred to as Simple Yoga, it combines movement, breathing and the mind to renew your well-being on all levels; mind, body, spirit. Lao Tzu created it over 3300 years ago. The practice teaches you to cultivate your intrinsic energy, known as “chi” to nourish all your body systems. The movements are simple. They are based on Hatha, Pranayama and Kundalini yoga and done sitting or standing.
