LEARN more about TAI CHI GUNG and the Circle of Chi community!
Master Lama Rasaji and Dr. Jeanie Grace
The Circle of Chi is led by Master Lama Rasaji, a true master of Tai Chi Gung, meditation and martial arts practices. With over 50 years of experience in Lao Tzu’s regenerative health system, he is one of only 12 Master Lamas in the world. He lived and trained at the original Tai Chi Gung lamasery in Tibet founded more than 3000 years ago.
My training began in September of 2021 with Master Lama Rasaji. By November, I joined the advanced classes with Master David Paul (35 years TCG teacher under Master Lama Rasaji). In August of 2022, my teacher training began and I haven’t looked back. Learn more of my TCG journey CLICK
What is Tai Chi Gung?
Tai Chi Gung are gentle exercises with regenerative powers. Sometimes referred to as Simple Yoga, it combines movement, breathing and the mind to renew your well-being on all levels; mind, body, spirit. Lao Tzu created it over 3300 years ago. The practice teaches you to cultivate your intrinsic energy, known as “chi” to nourish all your body systems. The movements are simple. They are based on Hatha, Pranayama and Kundalini yoga and done sitting or standing.
